Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

4. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Durnix cannot be responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided during checkout.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned because the delivery address was incorrect, delivery was refused, or repeated delivery attempts were unsuccessful, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be dispatched again.
6. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our Customer Support Team promptly. We will investigate the matter with the courier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
7. Shipping Restrictions
